Self Portrait Assignment

A little over a week ago I asked my readers to submit via e-mail their abstract self-portraits. The response was overwhelming. I now know that I have at least one reader. Thanks Mariana!

The author of my favorite Brazilian blog from time to time remembers to thank his readers. It used to be two, after I started reading him it's three.

Just remember Conan O'Brian, who keeps saying his audience is mostly sick people recovering, parents whose kids are teething, and insomniacs. I think of that often, after I'm thru counting my usual forty-something daily visits, mostly silent.

For what is worth, yours is my favorite blog. Don't let things like that discourage you. :) XOXO.

Thank, Mariana. BTW, I'd take Conan O'Brien over that vanilla ol' Leno, ANY day! Besides, I realize that people are busy and don't always have time to do stuff like this, but then I thought maybe they would, since I don't do stuff like this very often. Like they say, you live and learn.

Now Terri, what's this talk of dog poo and gritty kitty? That's just stinkin' thinkin' (pun not intended). You should have been lookin' for a picture of a sweet Little Debbie snackcake or one of those thoughtful "Love Is..." naked kids.

I know you read my blog regularly, and I appreciate it. This particular entry wasn't that big of a deal, just an idea that scuttled into my brain. ~xoxo ;)
