Oy Vei!!!! Did you see last week's episode - I about crapped my pants!!! It was totally crazy. My Entertainment Weekly magazine is just hammering Nip/Tuck lately - saying it is too over the top...uh duh - isn't that why we watch it anyway!!!Cole
I'm pissed - my Tivo missed last week's episode while I was away, so now I have to wait until they reair both last weeks episode and this weeks episode on the 16th. Jesus, I sound like a high school girl talking about Laguna Beach.
Cole-
Grrrr! I, not unlike the belligerent intellectual, also somehow managed to miss that episode. Now you've got me wondering what the hell happened! LOL! I remember seeing the preview for it, but I must have fell asleep or something because I ended up missing the episode. I figure whatever happens I'll still be buying Season 3 on DVD anyway, so I can make up for lost time. I'm anxious to see the season finale on Dec. 20th, when 'The Carver's' identity will finally be revealed! *squeal!* I haven't enjoyed a show this much since American Gothic and Twin Peaks!
And yes, me likee the "over the top" premises. It sure beats the hell out of a lot of the other mainstream shows. It consistently has great, original choices in music, looks AWESOME and is total engrossing. :P to the critics.
Thanks for commenting! :)
The belligerent intellectual-
I hear ya! I too missed the previous episode. I'll be watching FX like a hawk, hoping it reruns it before the 13th.
LOL re: Laguna Beach. Don't you know, it's like totally all about The O.C. and One Tree Hill (Chad Michael Murray is soooo dreamy!) ;)
Thanks for taking the time to comment! :D
Hey - lets all bet who the Carver is, I saw an interview with "Matt" and he said it maybe someone we know....not sure if he was pulling our leg or not - I can't believe you love Twin Peaks too..have we been separated at birth? "LOG LADY" - I am not kidding you, whenever I am pissed or trying to make my sister laugh is she is pissed, I will just belt out LOG LADY - we will crack up!! Cole
Cole-
LOL! Well, while you have "Log Lady" I have "Cream Corn." I dunno if you remember that scene or not, where David Lynch's son has his hands cupped and filled with creamed corn, but that one always stood out for me.
And yes, I was/am totally into Twin Peaks. I have the books, the audio tapes (somewhere around here), the CD soundtracks, DVDs, coffee mug, you name it. Even the fanzine "Wrapped in Plastic" has its origins here in Arlington! I initially had no idea! Very cool. Me moving hear was kismet. lol!
