Yep! You are correct. Fred Schneider is the same Fred Schneider who is the lead singer of The B-52's. This is his second album (that I know of). His version of 'Coconut' (...you put the lime in the coconut, then you drink it all up...) is dynamite! You should check it out. It's a very fun album, with a distinct Punk edge to it.

Hi! Yes, of course I've listened to Shame Based Man! Actually this CD has a few of the same bits (Answering Machine, Daves I Know, & Doors). It says it's a 'promotional copy' so it has some stuff on it that I haven't seen on any of his previous CDs. He's great. He was always my favorite out of all of the KITH. ROWR!
